A table's second life

Crafted from reclaimed timber sourced from Thailand, it carries the natural grain, tonal variation and quiet marks left by time. Rather than treating these details as flaws, we chose to preserve them as part of its character.

The timber was carefully selected, restored and re-crafted. Paired with a clean black steel base, it becomes a new place for people to meet, share ideas and create memories.

What was once considered old has been given a second life.

Because sustainability is not only about using less. It is about seeing possibility in what already exists — and transforming it into something useful, beautiful and lasting.

The chair is  also made from carefully selected reclaimed wood sections, transformed into a compact object with its own character and purpose. Its clean cubic form contrasts with the natural variation of the timber, while the visible diagonal joinery creates a bold geometric pattern across the surface.

The design celebrates the value of smaller timber pieces. Instead of allowing shorter sections to become waste, they are re-composed, shaped and finished into a functional seat for everyday use.

Placed beside the reclaimed timber table, the stool completes a circular material story. The table brings people together; the stools ensure that more of the original material can remain in use.
